How to make Monkey Bread Muffins with Haley Saunier

Easy and delicious monkey bread muffins made with canned biscuit dough.

Monkey Bread Muffins


1 can 16oz biscuits

1/2 cup butter melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 tsp ground cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350

Mix melted butter with brown sugar and stir well and set aside.

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a large freezer bag and set aside.

Remove biscuits from can and cut into eight equal parts, and then roll into a ball.

Place rolled biscuits into the bag with the cinnamon and sugar and shake.

Very generously spray the muffin pan with nonstick spray.

Stir melted butter and brown sugar well and then place about 1 tablespoon into each muffin tin.

Place 5-6 pieces of cinnamon and sugar coated biscuits into each muffin tin.

Place in the oven for 13-15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 1 minute. Then immediately turn the muffin pan over to remove muffins. Muffins are served upside down.
