Baked Italian Gnocchi

What is gnocchi? In this class on Sunday, September 12, kids will learn that gnocchi is a potato-based pasta that they can make from scratch for dinner! Kids will get to weigh potatoes, mash them, and then add flour and eggs to form a dough that they can knead. From the dough, they'll roll and cut gnocchi pasta shapes ready to cook. Mixed with marinara and cheese, they'll love this yummy dish! Kids will get a portion to eat in class and a portion to take home to family. *Gluten free flour substitute available upon request* Date: Sunday, September 12, 2021 Time: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Ages: 6-9 but older kids are welcome!
