Come learn cake decorating! This fun Halloween cake is just perfect for 10-14 year olds! In class, each student will get to decorate their own 6-inch, 2-layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. Happy Halloween to all the big kids out there! Learning Objectives: 1. Learn how to make vanilla buttercream appropriate for cake decorating. 2. Learn how to apply a final coat to a cake with a horizontal spackle design using an offset spatula. 3. Learn how to make ghosts out of melting chocolate and an offset spatula. Note: -Class is at the home of Heather Farmer in the Abington area near the Weymouth line.
