Ready to make a showstopper this holiday season? Don't miss out on this two-day workshop where you'll take home a completed 6-inch, 2-layer cake! Friday, December 15, 4:30pm-7:30pm In this session, students will make: -Gingerbread Cookies -Pinwheel Cookies -Peppermint Bark They'll learn about the icebox cookie method, the ideal way to cut out cookies, uses of molasses in baking, and tricks for the perfect chocolate bark snap. **Class includes pizza for dinner! Saturday, December 16, 10:00am-1:00pm In this session, students will make: -White American Buttercream for final-coating a 2-layer cake -Red buttercream spackle design across a 2-layer cake -Fully assembled cake using crushed candy canes, red & green open-star tip frosting accents, and treats made the night before. **Class includes ham and cheese sliders for lunch! At the end of the workshop, each student will take home their completed 6-inch, 2-layer cake along with new friends and sweet Christmas memories! Note: -Class is at the home of Brittany Dollar in the Hoover/Meadowbrook area.
