Gingerbread Cupcakes Class

Description

School is out, so run, run as fast as you can, to baking class! In this class, students will be making both cookies and cupcakes from scratch. The cupcakes will have a lightly spiced gingerbread flavor topped with delicious cinnamon cream cheese frosting. While cupcakes bake and cool, they'll get busy on their cookies. They'll measure and learn about molasses and also get to use a cookie press! So many new things to learn and experience during Christmas break!
