Homeschooler's Harry Potter Cake Course

Description
In this 4-week cake course, students will learn to make cake elements each week that will be put towards their final cake creation on the last day. Curriculum Week 1: Take quiz to learn what house everyone is in (during snack time) How to make fondant from scratch How to make a logo using an edible image (a house crest) Decorate cupcakes using edible image as topper Take home product - a cupcake with house crest logo topper Week 2: Make fondant wand, sorting hat, and owl Take home product - a decorated sugar cookie with sorting hat topper Week 3: Learn how to bake a cake from scratch & make homemade buttercream Learn buttercream piping techniques Make golden snitch topper Take home product - a cupcake with snitch topper Week 4: Learn how to final coat a 6” cake Learn how to decorate a cake using fondant accents Make fondant scarf Take home product - a 6” decorated cake with all elements made

We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancelations in the 48 hours before a class. If you cancel before the 48 hours prior to class we can either issue a refund or use your payment as a credit towards another booking in the future.
