Mini Pumpkin Donuts

Description

In this baking from scratch class, students will learn how to make delicious pumpkin spice baked donuts. They'll top their donuts with melting chocolate, sanding sugar and green buttercream icing. While donuts bake and cool, Mrs. Teresa will read a pumpkin-themed story time book to the kids. Everyone will get to eat one donut in class and take home several more to share with family. Snack and water bottle provided during class time while donuts bake and cool. Date: Tuesday, October 18, 2022 Time: 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM Ages: 5-9 Cost: $35 Teacher: Homeschool mom Teresa Huynh Location: Mrs. Teresa's home off Valleydale/Caldwell Mill Rd near Heatherwood Learning Objectives: 1. Students will learn about the health and nutritional benefits of pumpkins as well as the difference between pumpkin and pumpkin puree. 2. Students will learn the correct way to combine both wet and dry ingredients. 3. Students will learn how to use a piping bag to fill donut pans with batter. 4. Students will learn how to use orange candy melts with the right consistency to dip donuts.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancelations in the 48 hours before a class. If you cancel before the 48 hours prior to class we can either issue a refund or use your payment as a credit towards another booking in the future.
