Sprinkle Pumpkin Cake Roll Class

Description

We're kicking off Thanksgiving week with a baking classic - the Pumpkin Roll! In class, students will make a pumpkin roll, jazzed up with a sprinkle topping, of course! They'll learn how to construct a cake roll, make a white chocolate ganache, and work with melting chocolate all during this Saturday morning time of fun in the kitchen. Each student will take home their own mini pumpkin roll! Note: -Please send your child to class with a water bottle with their name on it. -Dress code is closed-toe shoes and hair tied back. -Class is at the home of Heather Farmer in Abington near the Weymouth line.
