No school? Let’s get cooking! Kids will use their day off to get hands-on in the kitchen while preparing a complete Take & Bake family meal that serves 4 to 6 people! In this class, kids will learn how to make the following: 1. Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole – Creamy chicken casserole topped with buttery Ritz crackers and poppy seeds 2. BLT Salad with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch – Crisp romaine, bacon, tomatoes, cheddar and croutons with ranch made from scratch 3. Homemade Yeast Rolls – Soft, fluffy dinner rolls 4. Chocolate Chip Cookies – Classic homemade cookies Each baker will make and package the following items to take home to serve 4 to 6 people for dinner: 1. One 8-inch pan of Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole 2. BLT Salad with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing 3. 1/2 dozen Homemade Yeast Rolls 4. 1/2 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies Note: Cookies will be made and baked during class. Poppyseed Chicken Casserole and Yeast Rolls will be prepared in class, but baked at home. Instructions will be provided. Let the kids do the cooking. You enjoy the dinner!
