Who We Are

Itty Bitty Bakers is a small business that provides education in the culinary arts, specifically baking, to children ages 3-14. Our classes and camps are home-based, meaning, teachers use their own home kitchens to teach children how to bake.

 

We believe teaching children to bake helps them develop a multitude of essential life skills. It also enhances traditional education by applying math, science, reading, and art in a real world, functional-use setting.

 

Our goal is for kids to become comfortable in the kitchen and gradually move toward kitchen independence. We believe baking in childhood lays the foundation for cooking and meal preparation in adulthood. Baking is FUN, and our mission is for kids to have fun while also learning something new.

Itty Bitty Bakers was founded in 2018 by Jessica Hamby, a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Health Education, wife and mom, but most importantly, a lifelong lover of baking.
